Hi,

I have just bottled my Cooper Canadian Blonde and was surprised by the taste I had whilst bottling it. I invested in some lager yeast (Mangrove Jacks M84 Bohemian Lager) to make this more lager like and I also added a Saaz hops tea for the last 3 days.

I was really surprised by a strong wheat beer taste, which is great because I love wheat beer, but I was wondering if this is normal for the kit or has the yeast/hops combo given this flavour?

Anyone out there used this yeast or noticed this taste with this kit? :wha:
