I/we would be keen to give it a go. I used to be a professional brewer and home brew now. My wife’s a copywriter. What sort of thing are you looking for?

I certainly would give it a go. I'm an AG brewer and haven't used kits in years, so my critique would be from that angle. If the kits stand up, might be a welcoming review for a potential customer.

Have also very recently thought about trying a wine kit. More for the missus, really, but she is quite into her wines.

I'm a kit-only brewer and wine maker. I've made a few kits now across the price range and styles.

I use pretty basic equipment (bucket, belt heater and Inkbird, so probably representative of many home brewers.

I'm happy to point you to my holiday let website as an indication of my writing style.
