First time brewing, and I'm using the lager from a youngs brew buddy kit. Had it inside at 22c in a barrel and bottles for a week secondary fermentation until bottles started to clear. Then moved it to the garage (a week ago) now my bottles are cloudy again! Is this normal should I do something or just wait?

Chill haze is something to do with I think proteins in the beer it's perfectly harmless and will clear once the brew loses its chill

Chill haze is proteins produced when the temperature of the wort in the mash is lower or higher forget which. I don't think it's usually associated with kits. However, how long did you condition it for? (Leaving it in the cool after it's fermented). Having said all this I would just leave it another 2 weeks in the cool and see what it's like then. In most circumstances, it gets better with age.

thanks have heard people go on about it but didn't know what it was :thumb:

Cheers it was 9 days primary fv, 8 days secondary fv, then 7days in the garage, hoping to try a bottle next week
