Whereas my Cali is going down the drain and my Helles is OK (what little left I have).

Hold the bus. Gave the cali a final try and after the corny has been in the fridge for a few weeks it now tastes good. Even the missus liked it and she only likes pale beers. Going to try transferring some to bottles with my so far untested Christmas present bottle filler.

That was my experience with Cali - it did calm down a bit eventually but I was never quite sure about it… my friends seemed happy to drink it though

Just put my Helles in the keg and this was a mare of a brew from start to finish.
After the yeast issue, I thought OK back on track apart from whenever a OG reading was taken it was full of trub, so I’d dump some more. I’ve just transferred it to my keg and there was a load of yeast/trub going in from the off and then the last bit was also full of the same stuff.
I am such a donkey all was revealed after taking the lid off, spot what was missing.
So it’s rather cloudy and probably won’t lager in time, but it will go one of two ways the worst beer I’ve ever brewed or the best

HED is a filter plate thing on a Brewzilla. Thought your's might have the same or similar.

It’s roll call time. Unfortunately my Helles crashed and burned so I’m out for this one

Looks like it’s just the two of you, so you can swap beers with each other.

Next up is Black IPA for August. Unfortunately, brewing is going to take a back seat for me for a few months. I’ve got a BdG on the go, but might not get the chance to brew an IPA (or anything for that matter) for a while. I will coordinate the swap but may not get the opportunity to participate.

The numbers contributing have tailed off a bit. Unfortunately, I’m out as a participant for probably 6 months due to an unanticipated domestic upheaval.
I will do the organising for any and all who want to keep taking part. On the upside I do have a BdG in the bag for Autumn time, so not all bad news!

Yes,I'm a bit annoyed with myself for not taking part but I ran out of Helles and I didn't fully finish setting up my beer gun to bottle the American.

My BdG (all three sub-styles) is nicely tucked away in the fridge though.

Might have a go at a Black IPA too.
