After seeing a few posts about coffee wine, I decided to give it a try.

This is the planned recipe:
4tbsp freeze dried coffee
1kg demerara sugar
juice of 2 lemons
2tbsp Dr. Oetker vanilla extract
Water to 3L
Gervin GV4 yeast

I'm making it up to 3L initially as I've read the initial ferment is very aggressive. Once it calms down I'm going to add more water and sugar to make best use of the GV4 :twisted:

Imay have missed this but has any one noted the % strength for this recipe? Really tempted to try it out!

I got the feeling it didn't evolve out too much or the user is no longer posting. how did yours come out though ?

if its any good ill give it a go :)
