Good afternoon all,
My wife has just brought some coconut sugar in (and made some amazingly delicious fruit and oat bars!) but it got my thinking about using coconut sugar in beer (and brews in general) it’s got s lovely caramel flavour and is quite full bodied (is sugar can be full bodied)
Has anyone tried it? Was it good, bad or indifferent?
