Did some real ale last year and that went fine. I have just brewed and bottled a batch of IPA. I think it was an American Beers - Pale Ale Beer Kit. It has been out in the garage for a month settling but when I tried some the other day it was still cloudy and tasted a bit funny. It looks and tastes like the real ale but not quite as nice. Is it ruined?

I've found many beers get better and better with time. I had a black later thst I was ready to our away, but after a year in the keg it was great.

How warm is your garage? Wait until it gets cold and let it have a good few weeks chilling I. The cold and might taste very different.

The garage is on the side of the house and the beer is next to the dividing wall, so it should not be too cold. It is where i stored the last lot. It is mostly drinkable. I might give it another month and if not ditch it and use the bottles for some cider.
