Hi everyone, i need a little advice from some of you more experienced home brewers :D

I have just done a Coopers australian lager kit as my first ever home brew, i followed the instructions on the tin, and ended up with 38 bottles of fine looking lager, it was even nice and clear, but after chilling in the fridge it went a bit cloudy again. The sediment was still in the bottom of the bottle and as the world cup is on, i've drunk about 10 bottles :D with no nasty after effects, the beer is nicely carbonated and has a good head with what i would describe as a slightly ale-ish taste to it.

any ideas why it went cloudy again?

thanks, confused in cornwall :D

I have the same problem with the same brew. I racked 6 bottles & the rest went into a corny. The bottles were clear, even after being in the fridge. The corny however, is giving up cloudy-ish lager that tastes ok. :?

nice one, thanks guys  like i said it hasn't stopped me drinking it :thumb:
