Hi everyone, i need a little advice from some of you more experienced home brewers
I have just done a Coopers australian lager kit as my first ever home brew, i followed the instructions on the tin, and ended up with 38 bottles of fine looking lager, it was even nice and clear, but after chilling in the fridge it went a bit cloudy again. The sediment was still in the bottom of the bottle and as the world cup is on, i've drunk about 10 bottles with no nasty after effects, the beer is nicely carbonated and has a good head with what i would describe as a slightly ale-ish taste to it.
any ideas why it went cloudy again?
thanks, confused in cornwall
