Its been primed and in secondary for two weeks and in the cold for a further three weeks but its still cloudy.
Is this cloudiness caused by suspended yeast, and therefore can i reprime my bottles?
If yes - would i have to re-do the whole secondary process?
They are mildly fizzy though hold little head and the PET bottles are nowhere near as solid as the draugh i have just finished.
Its not offensive and i can sup it, i'm just mildly dissapointed.
KC

how cold? too cold will cause haze and less apparent carbonation....it won't be suspended. try warming a bottle up a few degrees - low room temp - outside is too cold this time of year.

wot was ur og and fg for a medium gravity say 4% to5% you need to keep your bottles at room temp about 70° for 3 weeks to get good carbination then cold for as long as u can stand about 48 hours in my case then enjoy
