Hi I have done 5 or 6 brews now and they have been bril, by the way I only brew the 3Kg kit wheery and what not. Any way I have done another whery and a muntons they have been out in the barrel now for three weeks or so BUT they are not clearing! I cleaned all my kit as per normal, it doesn't taste to badbut I can't fathom out whats gone wrong has any body got any ideas or tips I thought perhaps they had added something to the water????

I'm having trouble with a couple of barrels not clearing as well. I've put it down to the drop in temperature so i've put them back in the warm for a bit with a big dose of patience.

The cold will help dropping yeast out of suspension, so getting it cool will help to clear it in the main.
It could be so cold though that a chill haze is precipitating out....not sure if this is a problem with kit beer tbh :wha:
