Just don't first beer wherry. Turned out well. I know cleaning is key, the fermenter is easy as pop the lid off etc. what about the keg?? Would it be better to leave to soak overnight with sanitizer powder and hot water??
 
+1 for Oxyclean if it is really dried on and dirty or good old fashioned washing soda is good.
 
I usually leave my boiler filled with oxy or washing soda till the next time I need it :oops: :oops: :oops: (mine is still self cleaning from 2 weeks ago)
