So my first cider has finished all stages, left it to age, and now its done! Did the taste test and although my wife is happy with it, I think its missing something. Its from a kit, followed everything and I think I didn't mess up at all. Even though its finished, is it too late to sweeten it? and if I was going to, what would be best to use?

Hi. If you just want it a bit sweeter you can just add some apple juice when you pour it. You can add to your own taste.

A dash of blackcurrant (Ribeana) in the glass before pouring is a common way to sweeten ciders and won't require any messing about with the cider you've already bottled.
