Lots of pictures to be put up of my new rig into cidermaking ive now got a 36L press and a garden shredder. Im going to be pressing 1 tonne of apples so possibly 200L :wha:

nope mate i forgot to take pics =( i got 25L so far lol literally nothing from that one day i was getting used to the new equipment really
 
Me and my friend pressed today, dont know what weight we started with but it was a 220L drum full and 2 grain sacks full.....and 2 buckets :) end result was 120 litres

all i do with my cider is 1 camden tab per 4,5 ltr leave for 48 hrs then add pectolase and cider yeast when all done its crsytal clear :thumb: :drunk:
also may be just the pics as 2 small ones crystal clear now :D :thumb:

my apples i just use 2 tubs of water one to other once press then barrel ful of juice then camden tabs in does same job kils yeast and any nastys :thumb:

OK Taz.
I spray my apples with 1% Sodium Metabisulphite before scratting, seems to work quite well.
