my first pressing, we had 1 tonne of apples, and it gave us 98 gallons of juice.

Ill take some tomorrow when me and t' father are cutting up apples and scratting them for sunday pressing day i bulk scrat then press in bulk aswell now save so much time.

Presumably to get them into the scratter. We always rough chop so we can feed them into the mouth of the shredder.
