I'm looking to produce something around 7% fairly clear with some sparkle - what would you suggest as regards quantities?
Fermentation Bin 25lt
Litres of AJ to ferment?
I would then use another litre to prime with :thumb:
If you have a Farm Foods shop close to you you will be able to pick up 1L cartons of apple juice @2 for a £1
This juice will give you on OG of 1.055 ish which should ferment out to give you an abv of 7.2% without the need for any added sugar
Ferment it at 20C :thumb:chiefstoker said:Also, what would be the optimum temperature to ferment at?
