Hi, last year I did Dark Rocks espresso coffee stout and everyone loved it. ( highly recommended) So I'm looking to start a brew for this Christmas. My best mate had a commercial plum porter and has asked if i could do one similar. Any recommendations or other brews ideas welcome

i highly thinking to do a Wreck the halls. but not sure jet, even as i bought it already. i can always tweak it to something diffternt.

Something I'm thinking about this year is a christmas beer which will pair well with a xmas lunch. Something like turkey will go well with a saison or a strong Belgian golden ale. Maybe a brown ale would be nice with some of the trimmings and gravy, and of course a porter for dessert!
