I went shopping today (just for milk) I walked past the SPECIAL OFFERS FREEZER and had an overwhelming urge for FISH FINGER SANDWICHES. Oh the memories of Saturday afternoons Dickie Davis and Wrestling on the telly.

I liked Cat Weasel....skinny little git when he was in the ring it was more like a "carry on film"
oh and crisp sandwiches mmmmm

Ah...mustard butties, toast toppers, chips fried in lard with newpaper ink soaking in, crispy pancakes deep fried....makes me wonder how I reached adulthood without a double heart bypass.

If you believe the junk that modern nutritionists go on and on about.

:D

If I'd been a good lad through the week, I was given a bottle of Mackeson with Sunday lunch - dad would bring it back from the pub. Back then, EVERY bloke went to the pub on Sunday lunchtimes, and Sunday lunch was always late :D
