Was thinking of doing an american pale ale style beer using purely Cascade hops for FWH bittering , flavour, aroma, & dry. I really like the citrus charictor of these hops but do you think it would be too much to use just 1 veriaty? I have got some perle or chalenger for bittering if required. :thumb:

All cascade makes a tasty beer!
I've done it a few times.
I think Sierra Nevada uses some perle for bittering.

Cheers guys Just looked at Jamesb,s recipe mine looks exactly the same (almost) I thought I had a US- 05 my first choice, but Iv only got S-04, Nottingham or a larga yeast, so its a toss up between S-04 & Nottinham I guess. Anyway it will be a homage to the lovely Cascade.
