At bottling I've been carbonating with honey, with mixed results.

Are there any general guidelines on amount etc that I need to follow?

I'm bottling to 500ml bottles and using standard honey.
I know this i vague but not sure what other info is pertinent.

You need about 20-25% extra compared to table sugar. Beer smith tells me for carbonation of 2.3 I need 123.1g of table sugar or 149.9g honey
