Bit of help needed here please ;)
What are the recommendations for carbonating TC in a cornie.?
Tried 15 psi for a few days and a shake now and again, but the carbonation is not very lasting when dispensed to a glass.
Mind you at 9.4 % you don't really notice after a glass or so :D

to force carbonate a cider would you not need to be around the 30psi mark? i might be talkin complete balls here lol but im sure our co2 on the ciders were running around a permanant 29psi :wha:

Cool the keg down if you can, the colder it is the longer the co2 will stay dissolved, dont have a fridge set up yet so its small glass's and drink fast

I whacked my TC up to 40psi for a week or so.
Seems alright if a bit lively on the pour.
