Finally made my mind up on what beers I want to brew first and have bought the required grains, hops and yeasts for the following:-

Everyday IPA
Edelweiss
Belgian Tripel

Now is there is such a thing as a three headed coin that I could flip which could help decide which of these 3 to brew first? :-?

I'd probably go for the IPA first. There's more scope for things to go wrong with a Tripel, and IPAs can be more forgiving.

Probably a bit to late now but i would be inclined to go with the one that would need the longest conditioning time ( usually the highest ABV ).

Yup, i would kick off with an IPA,they do seem to be somewhat more forgiving than even bitter:thumb:

Well yes... if the coin comes to rest upright on its edge, make the Belgian. Incredibly unlikely I know, but that's a good thing cos Belgian beers are horrible.

Just a bit of friendly advice. Honestly, some folk go out of their way to make life complicated and difficult for themselves.

I am extremely interested in the substance for this assertion.

Would you care to inform us all further?
