Can I re boil wort?

I made a brew today that went wrong at every point, I ended up with 35l of wort at 1.030.
Could I pop it into my boiler tommorow and reduce it?
Obviously I know the boil will drive off hop oils but will it effect the bitterness?

It would be better if you could post your target volume and og
If you boil down to your target volume you should be ok with your IBU but will need to add late hops.
If your target was 35 litres and you boil down you will end up with a brew that is more bitter than intended but late hops will still be helpful

I was aiming for 23 litres but cocked right up, I understand that I will need to add more late hops I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to drive the bitterness off during the boil.

so how did this happen ? did you biab or use a mash tun ,did you sparge too much water through the mash ( tannins) or did you have a slow simmer instead of boiling ?

Providing you hopped for 23 litres you should be OK as long as you didnt put in a shedload of late hops.
Put all of your hop bill (inc late hops) into your software and see how the IBU comes out on a 90min boil.
From here you can scale the recipe to reach your target IBU and (taking into account any IBU from your additional late hops) boil down accordingly.
Hope this makes sense its not always easy to explain.

My element kept cutting out, I sparged through a little more then I needed but was expecting it to evaporate, it didn't.
I will have tone tommorow to boil for a few hours so hopefully I can sort it out.

As I understand it, you can't drive bitterness off. In fact it will increase as the volume goes down. But you will drive off any aromas and perhaps flavours.
