I still get the Pots from Nordic as and when Nadine can be bothered to answer My emails.
Mis-communications due to language difficulties don't help though.
I odered and paid for three pots last week, a couple of days later I ask for an order number for another. She thinks I mean I only wanted 1 pot on the first order.
She then sends Me another order for the same three pots.
Now I have another customer who wants three pots and You can see how confusing it's going to get.
I've considered flying out to see them in Germany, but without My being able to speak German I'd probably be wasting My time.
I will be writing to Her tonight and hopefully will sort out the mess so I can list another 100L brewery.
I'm going to have to start providing My own reference numbers so that She can tell which order is which.
