Ok so the actual brew day was yesterday, I put together something like a summer pale ale:
2500g Pale
158g crystal
100g flaked barley
78g Torrified wheat
90 min mash
27g Fuggles
20g EKG @ 10 mins
1/2 tab fining @10 mins
Boiled 20 liters of SW Tap for 60 mins, left with 17 liters of wort.
Cooled over night and pitched MJ's Liberty Bell @ ~24c
Will dry hop with 30g Cascade.
Also bottled 15 liters of Top Dog Stout from GWs recipe book. Also barreled 17ish liters of something close-ish to an Irish Red Ale.
So far so good, fingers crossed.

Looks good! :thumb:

I suggest that you stop with the "I put together something like a summer pale ale." though. aheadbutt

What actually happened is that you "Skilfully designed a Summer Pale Ale." ... :thumb:

...and don't you forget it! :hat:
