They seem very cheap, I looked at one a few years back and they were 100’s.

it would be great to test the DO, if it works well - might still have to go on the Xmas wish list at that price though.

Have you met the it factor rabbit with its magical elusive malt flavoured tail? Or just more sulphur?
I started down the hole for a bit when I recalled that I never found anything special about German Beers and that all my beer tends to be drunk by a month or two after brew...
I'm very careful on the cold side though for hoppy stuff

Nice find. Will check back after Christmas. Might be a handy and interesting bit of kit for the homebrew club. We could run a lowest DO competition, all brew the same recipe and see if there's a correlation between DO and flavour.
