Hi while a relative forum nubie I am a Brewzilla veteran and reasonably experienced homebrewer. Has anyone out there got a Brewzilla 65 and experienced this same problem?
The problem being when coming up to the boil/hot break the levels rise and fall by over 1 to 2 inches (that's 25 to 50mm for you cheeky young kids) and continue to do so for the whole of the rolling boil, my concern is that there may be a possibility of a dry boil beneath the false bottom and damaging the machine or products flavour, my BZ 35l does this but only for a few minutes after the hot break. I would be interested to know if anyone has this problem and how they overcame it
