A bit of a noob question, but how are you going to serve the beer engine from the keg without loads of foaming? Your aim seems to be about keeping the beer sound, so I assume it will be pressurised.

Unsure why you think foaming will an issue? Never had an issue with my previous set up which was a beer engine mounted on a shelf in a tall fridge.

Yes it will be under pressure 0.5 to 1 PSI c/o @peebee and the lpg reg system.
