Does anyone know, if the heating element for a brewtools fermenter is capable to boil water to liquor down the wort, or for cleaning purposes?

Its rated at 500W I think so might struggle to heat large quantities of water in a reasonable timescale. Thinking of my Brewzilla that has two elements and one is 500W its not quite man enough to boil water, in reasonable time at least. Can maintain a boil easily enough. If its only 5 or so litres then should be fine though.

My idea would be to boil the water intended to liquor down the wort, at the same time it would sanitise the fermenter for the brewday. So there are no time constraints.

I think there's probably cheaper and more powerful heating elements that'd be more suitable than the Brewtools heating element which is really only designed for fermentation control.
