Landlord.
I bought this book some time ago, haven't brewed a recipe from it, but thoroughly enjoyed the read. This book interlaces the history of 'world wheat beer styles' with modern practice and the odd recipe thrown in for good measure, though for some you'll have to 'play' as amounts aren't given. There are write ups from individual brew houses, recommendations for drinking establishments and in chapter 15 good pointers for judging the styles.
Of all the books I own this is probably the best 'read' as it really takes you on a journey around the world that at the end of, you've learnt a lot about the beer, brewing, history and future of these styles, well worth a read.
