This is probably an obvious question but I am keen to get some advice.

I seem to take ages to get through the 40 pints I make in a usual 23L brew (pregnant wife and lager drinking mates!!) so am keen to do a smaller batch.
I do Extract Brewing but have only done a few so far so am pretty inexperienced.

I started searching for reciepes for smallers brews (say 10L) but havent found any. Am I being stupid and to do a 10-12L brew all I need to do is half the quantities for the brews I have done previously (easily done as usually its 2 cans of light/medium malt extract).

If this is the case, would I still just use a sachet of yeast, or would that need to be halved also.

Any comments would be useful. Thanks in advance.
