What time of the year do you brew and when don’t you tend to brew?
I would imagine it is easier in the spring / early summer but when it gets to warm will not be able to get VF cool enough without some sort of brewing fridge? Also needs to be cool after the first week of secondary.

I got annoyed with having to plan around seasons, so now have fermentation temp control and also a keggerator to keep my beers at the temp I like them.

Without those I spring and late summer into Autumn would be my main brewing times.

At the moment every ten days or so

might start to slow down if ever I get some stocks built up

When I am short of beer. I had to through away 10 gallons   the other week so I am having a brew day today and hopefully have it ready to drink in three weeks (when current stocks run out).

october to april/may ( no cooling in the brew house) and at least once a month ( except oct when it's every 10 days to restock) :thumb:

whenever i can - apart from really hot summer time, but this can be used to brew some belgium style beers, as when its really cold great for beers that need some cold conditioning :thumb:
