Hi All,
Have a Brewferm Tarwebier in the secondary FV for a week or two, just wondered if anybody else has done this kits and what they used to prime it before bottling?
I used candi sugar when i made it not sure if I'm supposed to use this to prime it?
 
I would just stick to white cane sugar for bottling , for nice and fizzy 150g for 23l or 120g for good fizz , 100g bit of fizz and so on
 
Thanks, all this is new to me so you may have to excuse the odd daft question. It doesn't say what sort of sugar to use in the instructions other than the candi sugar, so will get the tate & lyle ready, just need some more bottles now!
