Young's when it was still in Wandsworth. Excellent tour in a smallish and cramped old brewery.
They had a Yorkshire square for some reason and let us stick our heads inside an active fermenter (probably not H&S advised...)
Then we saw where they kept the ram and the dray horses on site, and the tiny courtyard where somehow they managed all their deliveries and ullage.
And of course, there was a taproom...
Isle of Arran was poor by comparison. Not allowed anywhere near the beer (just peeking through a window mostly) but tap room was fine :)
Keep meaning to do Fuller's one day. I may have to do the Wayne's World 'we're not worthy' routine.
