Hello All,
I have been a long time lurker on these forums and really appreciated all the help and advice that people have posted on here.
I have been brewing beer for around 5 years from kits and modifying kits etc.
So two factors i need to take into account, I want to go all grain, and my wife wants me out of the kitchen.
So now its time to build a brewery:
Excuse the mess, we were demolishing an old chicken run, took down a shed and a green house. But here is the area for a 20 foot by 10 foot Brewery
Once cleared I was able to put in the supporting posts (using cement in post holders, please excuse power supply, had just moved it for the mixer and wasn't live yet)
Fence post holders in action
Straight line
First parts of roof on (more support on ends added afterwards)
Put these up for if i want to do brew in a bag i can setup a winch
Ply roof on, ply walls on, door in - solid hardwood door won on Ebay for a whopping £2
next is lights, cladding on exterior, back door, interior walls & brewing vessels which i am in discussion from Rob at Maltmiller now about
