Next three brews have arrived 😀
Dry stout
Verdant IPA
Another go at vacant gesture

I have ben trying to plan some repeat brews of my more successful back catalogue but also with one eye on using up the huge inventory I've got. Started running through my schedule this morning (and then adding things to it) realised I was missing a few bits so rather than subbing in alternatives spent £88 at malt miller before 7am.

Anyway schedule is currently meant to be:

German Pilsner (along the lines of @Hazelwood Brewery recipe - have even bought the glucose)
Camden Pale Clone
Strong Belgian Golden Ale
GH Raspberry Wheat
A light lager with maize
The forum famous @foxbat Mainline Bitter
Old Tom Clone

Now in a quandary as DPD have just turned up with my Malt Miller order (great turn around BTW) and I had assumed it would be after the Easter break so now have everything to do any of the above.

But more questions than answers -not sure if I can I be bothered to christen the RO filter for either of the lagers or the pale.

If I do a lager do I stick with the original plan to use W34/70 r do I use the California Lager M54 that has just turned up?

Am I confident that my old stock of German hop varieties are in decent nick following a thread earlier today on hop deterioration/

This is how the whole planning thing gets quickly derailed....
