Is this like a Modelo Negra type beer? I could be interested in that?my schedule extends into 2022...mixture of rebrews (including subtle refinements) and new beers*
Vienna Lager (Mexican style) *
I have made this, it's a fantastic pint. I think the name came from the time of year it was madeDon't know why it's called spring stout though

I have ben trying to plan some repeat brews of my more successful back catalogue but also with one eye on using up the huge inventory I've got. Started running through my schedule this morning (and then adding things to it) realised I was missing a few bits so rather than subbing in alternatives spent £88 at malt miller before 7am.
Anyway schedule is currently meant to be:
German Pilsner (along the lines of @Hazelwood Brewery recipe - have even bought the glucose)
Camden Pale Clone
Strong Belgian Golden Ale
GH Raspberry Wheat
A light lager with maize
The forum famous @foxbat Mainline Bitter
Old Tom Clone
