First up my 4 way comp mystery beer.

This was very much an experiment. Not a style I brew and my first on the brewdevil.

Colour is darker than planned and but too much haze. The flavour as dropped a little which is disappointing. Not happy.

I have bottled a pilsner for each of you. @Hoddy your beers went off today.

@dan125 @dave_77 and @beerison yours are being picked up in Monday and going straight to Dan's in one box

Thoughts on the pilsner would be appreciated.

Not quite the balance I was hoping for. And could do with another week to condition. But it’ll have to do. I will be bottling mine on Tuesday night and will be picked up we’d morning by the postie. Like you all I’ll be slipping in extra beer to make up the box. Game on lads.

@dave_77 your beers arrived yesterday but postman hid them under the caravan so only now seeing them.

So my beers haven't arrived and been stuck in a depot all week. I am told delivery is tomorrow, hopefully we can get drunk tomorrow instead .
