Would any of us know what a good sour should taste like?
One that you enjoy drinking and don't want to pour down the drainWould any of us know what a good sour should taste like?
A saison would be too narrow of a style. We could do a wheat beer or something that’s English hops only.
obvs if it’s a saison none of you lads stand a chance
Any chance of sharing your Saison recipe so I can give it a tryWe could do a wheat beer or something that’s English hops only.

This made for a good read, think I'll have a go at that recipe at some point. Did you decide on the next theme..?
@Hoddy mentioned this in the week and I totally forgot to reply. My brew plans have been delayed some what recently but I have just bottle a all in one so keen to get going again but that won't be until next month. I wouldn't mind an attempt at a Belgian beer
How about a Belgian IPA?@Hoddy mentioned this in the week and I totally forgot to reply. My brew plans have been delayed some what recently but I have just bottle a all in one so keen to get going again but that won't be until next month. I wouldn't mind an attempt at a Belgian beer
Or just any Belgian style, opens it out a bit moreHow about a Belgian IPA?
Could be a bit difficult to compare them..Or just any Belgian style, opens it out a bit more
We don't really compare to style anyway. Just pick our favouritesCould be a bit difficult to compare them..
Thanks Dave@Leon103 and @Hoddy I have just posted a new beer for you to try. Saison hopped with Lemondrop bottle conditioned with Brett. I had planned to leave it a little longer but happy with the Brett effect on the sample I had this week.
@dan125 there is a bottle waiting for you if your dropping the other beers.
