What better way to spend some time on a Sunday then putting on a fresh brew!!

Started off my coopers european lager kit today, I have replaced the brewing sugar with 1kg of muntons brew enhancer (after advice from some guys on here) and have brewed short to 20L. I pitched the kit yeast at 21 degrees and have left my bucket of liquid promise to sit in my living room (much to my dear lady's disapproval) My starting gravity was 1.040 and will start looking for final gravity in a couple of weeks time, then into bottles for another 2 weeks for secondary fermentation before into the garage to age them off for a few months :D

Looking forward to enjoying this brew come the summer time with a BBQ :drink:

Cheers everyone

MMM MMM MMM, Hot summer days and cold beers, life don't get any better. :drink:
