Brew Enhancer question?

Hi all,

Not been on for a bit as i've been on holiday, anyhow back now and once again i have a question!

I have come home and wanted to get a brew going, im not quite ready to go AG yet (got the equipment but not the knowhow) so i bought another kit a Better Brew IPA and i also bought a kg of brew enhancer.

The question is, is a kg of brew enhancer the same as 500g of DME and 500g of brewing sugar?
I asked for 500g of DME and the same of brewing sugar and was told that the enhancer was a 50/50 mix of the 2!
Im not sure?

Never used it tbh but i think its a substitute for sugar and dme

Yeah, the brew enhancers I have read about are just that :thumb:

It's supposed to be the 50:50 split you've described.

I've just finished a keg of Cooper's English Bitter brewed with it, ruddy good result to be fair
