Brauduino Sheld as pictured above + a fully programed Arduino Mega board all ready for a control panel build (I used one on my BM build - others have used them with grainfathers etc).
Basically all you will need is a box to house it in,power sockets, a couple of SSR's a DC power supply & thermo probe.
