Looking at brewing something along these lines for a bit of fun -

I'd rather it be akin to beer so it ages quicker, it's got some sweetness and body, but primarily a honey flavour.

5.00 gm Cascade [8.20%] (30 min) Hops 18.2 IBU
0.45 kg Honey (1.0 SRM) Sugar 56.3 %

Then, bucketloads of nelson sauvin and cascade in the aroma and dry hop stages :)
