Classic American IPA used centennial to bitter and cascade to finish.
21 grams of centennial to bitter, 21 grams of cascade to flavor and 7 grams of each to steep.Sounds nice what amount of hops did u use I tried a similar brew with 50 g of each it was a nice beer
Looks good! One of my favourite sights is all the bottles next to eachother with their new shiny caps. Out of interest, why do two of them have different colour caps to the rest?Classic American IPA used centennial to bitter and cascade to finish.View attachment 66376
I used to use different colours for my first pours and my last bottle. These would usually have more sediment from the keg so they where left to settle more before drinkingLooks good! I always use a different color cap on the last bottle, usually silver. The green cap is on a bottle near the end that I didn't tilt the bottling bucket for and some bubbles ended up occurring during the fill.Looks good!
