Bottling, bottle sterilisation & rinsing?

Thank you for all of the helpful comments. I got through the bottle phase on the weekend and everything seems to have gone well.

I now just have the wait before I can do my first "test". Am I correct in saying that I need to leave things in bottle for at least a few weeks before anything is worth sampling?

Try and leave it 2 weeks. Then try, but just one, leave again for another week after that. You will be surprised how much it changes.

If you ever come across an old dishwasher (back alleys in Bury are a great source), yank out the drawers, for a cheap and effective bottle drainer.
