''Get washed, dressed, ready for w**k, drain bottles, leave inverted through holes in board over utility sink.''

i use mainly 2 litre pet bottles for home consumption
and i have put white wine into 5oo ml capped newcastle brown bottles too...

What I wrote, what I meant and how you read it could be three different things.

And I also put quickie white and pink wines into crown capped bottles, although they are 660ml cider bottles.

No that sounds about right for Moley :D

OK cheers guys,

that's that sorted then, just been down to my mates pub and asked him to put aside any cider bottles they have empty, (came home with a few) So it looks like you've all saved me a few quid. Now to start brewing my next kit and then bottle that.

Now just to decide what to brew, an IPA (anybody know of any good ones?) or a cider, (again any good ones?)

Real Ale Rascal

Capping the bottles with tinfoil is a cracking idea, thanks for sharing that. Just did my first ten using your method!
