Bottled! What now...

My ESB clone is now bottled.

I know that I have to put them somewhere warm.

Is the airing cupboard too warm?

What's the best place or temperature?

Temperature at this stage is less critical so airing cupboard might be ok if it isn't too warm. Anywhere in the house should be fine - if it's a bit cool they will just take longer to carbonate.

My airing cupboard does the job nicely and its around 22-23 degrees

Temperature fluctuations shouldn't matter either.

I've found nice and warm for a week then cold for as long as you can leave 'em alone :thumb:
