Bottle rinsers

Does anyone have advice on bottle rinsers?

There seem to be a couple on the market. Are they any good? Is the big one better than the small one or vice versa?

Have got one of the larger ones bee using it for over 3 years, no problems with it.
Easy to use and assemble/disassembl.
it’s obvious a bit more expensive but i think it’s worth it. Hope this helps

I wouldn't waste my money on either...
I've looked at both in the past, and came to the conclusion that neither do a very good job!

I have one similar to the second pic. I find it easy to use. Def gets enough liquid in to cover all area inside the bottle. Makes bottling day alot easier when using no-rinse sanitiser

I think they're ok for sanitising, but for rinsing I feel that a far greater volume of water is needed...

I tend to rinse out the bottles after drinking on the kitchen sink. Then scrub with a bottle brush if necessary.

I'm thinking about the rinser for sanitising on bottling day

I have the second one. Find that I don't use it and prefer to half fill a fermenter with starsan and soak about 6 at a time on bottling day.

Great for no rinse sanitizer on bottling, I also pop the crown caps in the base as tipped on forum. Bottles are clean already, good rinse and scrub when emptied so just need sanitizing. Once zapped bottles go onto bottle tree, have to admit it’s fun to use! might just be me lol

I have the second one, and as others have said, very convinient on bottling day. I only use mine for sanitising.
For rinsing after drinking, I too just use the kitchen tap.

I have the larger one which, as others have said, works well for sanitising on bottling day. I use a FastRack to let the bottles drain prior to filling. I think the smaller one fits onto a bottle-tree from the same manufacturer.

I have the the first one and never use it as it doesn't work on PET Bottles as the opening on bottle is too big.

Does the same (for either the big or the little rinser) for swing-tops?

I'm afraid I've never tried. Works OK on small crown cap bottles. TBH I found skooshing from tap and a good shake just as easy.

Starsan doesn't come out of my taps

I've had one of these for 30 years. It works fine. I do have to change the washer every 5 years or so.

Plus one on the above but it might not screw onto internal taps mine only fits the garden tap. Fine in summer.

It works indoors in a utility sink. It works fine for bottles, jugs, and carboys.
