I picked up some cask and bottle conditioning yeast in with another order. Never used it before but I'm currently lagering a pilsner with kölsch yeast, and was wondering whether anyone has used it?
Do I just rehydrate the full pack yeast and throw it all in with the priming sugar (it's a 23L batch)?
I'm planning on bottling in a few weeks then bottle conditioning at room temp if that helps
