Bottle conditioning ale

Could anyone recommend a good temperature to bottle condition ale? Destructions always say "put your bottles somewhere warm and leave for far too short a period of time". I have 23 litres of scottish export to bottle but I'm not sure what the optimum temp will be to get good carbonation. Thanks!

Fermentation temperature is always good 18-22C for most beers/yeasts

Initial fermentation- 18-22c

Secondary fermentation- (in bottles to carbonate)-18-22c

Conditioning - (for as long as is needed or you can wait) -about 10-14c
