If you've kept everything clean and followed the instructions, all should be well. Why not read up on home wine making and take control over what you're doing. I started with Berry's First Steps back in the 70s and never made a bad one. Where in South Wales are you from? It's a very diverse region in my experience. As everyone's gone daft, degemer mat!
